ok, I don't think this is misrepresenting anyone, its not special knowledge and it's been announced, but I don't think you guys haven't said it.
The resignation was about the performance shares. The ones that were going to be issued, but weren't issued [essentially] because well-1 didn't meet the positive outcome test.
Rod being a vendor entitled to the shares was in a conflicting position as a board member. Now he's not conflicted. Better for everybody.
For me though, the takeaways are
1] its a positive non-dilutive result for TNP, 2] but however well-1 results might be described, they have failed to demonstrate clear enough viability to attract on mkt investment in TNP shares 3] and when all the announcements are read and done, although it was border line, well-1 failed the positive outcome test as decided by the lawyers
