Im exactly in the same position as David i bought into boom at around $2 i bought into the capital raisings also, even at 52c i will be making a loss.
I think this is one of the worst investments i have ever made the management of this company stinks i am more than happy to sell all my shares at 52c. The takeover prospect was the main reason i participated in the capital raising.
As expected management was trying to keep it on the downlow, dont be fooled by the announcement of these contract wins most are just renewed contracts the others who knows if they will even make any profit from them the way this company is run. The timing of these announcements is very suspicious as always.
I just hope this takeover/merger goes ahead and management get the boot.
