i think the ASX might be looking into this one very closely.
everyone understands that the SP tanked in part due to the cap raising @ 30c
funny how we get a contract announcement then 13min later a substantial shareholder notice and then about an hour or so later a reported takeover offer forcing the company to come out with todays announcement with confirmation after it had been leaked to market yesterday.
wouldn't surprise if a please explain letter is sent to the BOL from ASX re corps law 3.1(1) continous disclosure
