ebr, volatility and predrill buying As expected the share price has been punished and cut in half. However, there is still speculation to be had.
The fact that EBR has found strong indications of a major ore body is still intact.
It could be a good pre-drill buy classic.
Fair price for an entry, is there such a thing?
Charts suggest that 8 cents or so should be support and resistance looks to be 11 cents short term.
I am not recommending a buy, but rather a presentation of the facts as I currently read them.
This is one of the more volatile beasts I've seen in awhile and certainly isn't the investment vehicle for all.
If you don't like volatility and or unable to accept large losses, it might best be left alone.
