Do you know that for a fact or are you just guessing / thinking out aloud.

Just because it's a higher offer does not automatically put it in the approved basket. It's also about the fit and what RMS brings to DIO. It does give DIO and SH reason to pause smell the coffee and and know that this isn't over and that AVO or another will have to come up with the readies to buy us out.

The curtain call for the fat lady is some time away.

This could play out for a couple of months yet but one thing is for sure that after 12Aug AVO's bid will have lapsed and RMS just needs to set it's bid end date sometime after that.
