Everybody is trying to untangle this extraordinary mess in different ways. The facts are ASIC is not equipped to act quickly and decisevely. They are not interested in your losses.Only in some vague idea they have of Directors responsibilities and so on .Not long ago when I often gave them a hand,I was told they were seven years behind.Two years ago I received a phone call from the Feds,they told me about a phone call they had taped between Zelenski and my self seven years before that. The Federal Police actually take over the cases/investigations when the going gets too hard for ASIC.In that particular case I was beleived to be INSIDER trading.As it turned out I had never brought the shares discussed on the phone and in fact it was"nt me on the phone.The typist had faild to note that I had handed the phone over to someone else..So if you lot think that ASIC will come riding in on a white horse just in time to save you all,,Think again..Best you read one of my posts of yesterday timed and dated 24/11.11 at 18.11 named directors responsibilities and asic.
