This is one of the biggest reasons why I haven't invested in this company despite of all the good fundamentals. To me the directors are just slowly bleeding this company to death. It has got no real alternative now really IMHO except to sit there and wait for the port and rail to be finished. The current spending esp directors renumeration is just not prudent. You don't need a KPMG report to tell you that.
