directors looking after themselves, page-4

Jake - agree that it looks like the directors are feeding at the trough.....

However I wonder what their motivation is.

- A solid discount? They could of been issuing low value options to themselves ages ago. Why the sudden impetus to act when as you point out to date they've held little other shares.

- So do they perhaps know that we don't? Maybe something about a gas storage deal? Reaks of insider trading to me.

But as long as they are aligning their interests with mine I'll put up with the smell.
