IMO the CEO's remuneration should be more than halved immediately to around $250K AND no bonuses or incentives until the company is showing 3 consecutive years of profits above $5m
Non Ex Chairman should be on less than $60,000 PA
Non Ex Director should be on less than $30,000 PA
