Yes unfortunately the directors need to sharpen the knife even more and start looking at their own salaries. Obviously taking out the middle management will help but they need to understand the salaries and fees they are paying themselves is disproportionate to the results they are achieving.

If sales in the new division don't pick up quickly and gain strong momentum and the existing divisions decline further the company will need to do a further raising of new equity or increase borrowings.
