What he said. Management has plenty of skin in the game and is hungry to make their mark. The market mostly pays performance, be that exploration success, Feasibility studies on time, Financing locked down, building a mine on time and budget, operational excellence etc.
Or it pays momentum...EGA is clearly not a momentum stock.
