directors fees

Hi guys,

In the Geral meeting,

Resolution 6 – Approval to increase directors fees from $50,000 to $150,000 per annum.

What do you think Rogues? They deserve it lol

Their reason for this....

"The Company is seeking approval to increase the maximum total amount of fees
payable to Directors of the Company from $50,000 to $150,000 per annum, to ensure
that the Company is able to attract and retain the services of suitably qualified and
experienced directors.
The Directors recognise that these fees are low compared to other listed exploration
companies."
