Court Approval Scheme of Arrangement
Sub-Sahara Resources NL advises that the Supreme Court of Western Australia
yesterday approved the scheme of arrangement between SBS and its shareholders
under which SBS shareholders will receive one share in Chalice Gold Mines Limited
for every 10.73 of their SBS shares. SBS intends to lodge a copy of the Court’s order
with ASIC on 14 August, which will be the ‘Effective Date’ for the purposes of the
scheme.
