good to see him buying but 2.7m shares is worth around $700k, not even the value of an investment property.
if i saw the guy go on market and buy upto 10m of them then it would confirm my suspicions that it really is cheap.
$700k for that guy might only be chump change, so if he gets a really big stake then i will be 100% certain of it, im at around 65% at the moment.
he has to by and show some support because most of the instos have dumped their holdings. the major issue for AEZ is that it has lost confidence with the major insto's, the only way the price is going to recover is when the Euro property market settles or someone lobs a takeover offer on the table.
if i was BNB i would be looking hard at this and the Rubicon Europe trust, take them over, combine them and create one big Euro trust, get more management fees and show APN how its done!!!
