Mr Banks also has joined his fellow directors and bought another $25k worth of stock from the market. Either the the directors are drinking the cool-aid or they are confident that the stock is seriously undervalued. Individual directors selling doesn't mean a lot as there are multiple reasons for needing to sell. Directors buying, especially more than one, is clearly a vote of confidence in the stock.
