THEY  knew it  from  as  far as  3 years ago
when a broker did recommend the story at  6 cents  with option ex 6 cents
the broker sold out all the way  and  he is  not  supporting,,
instead  the  live support of  AQC is  achieved  by  placement  to some kind of  finance arrangements, who get  shares at  a price  and probably sell in turn.. we have seen that all the way down,, till now = placement at  0.002 ,, ( shares holders got a SPP at 0.0032 )
since that  the stock has been on a free fall
despite
lots of PR and BRR  and media  and more .. it is call stocks  support ??  with 2 ways meaning??
and director buying to prove all deed right,, hope he is???
the Bate to all the story  is  the Rio Tinto venture ?? seems that lasting for ever ?? expire in august 2015 i think?? or JV  in  projects
take note  that the overall markets have been  fantastic?? and was and still is  perfect for companies with targets and substance?? lots of actions in the specs market ?? AQC did form one line straight down to where it is now??
the  astute part  a bit unexpected  is  the ann  of share reconstruction at  the forth coming AGM??
please note  that on the previous cycle on AQC,, was driven by the Bentonite project,
lots of promises and never happen??
What RECONSTRUCTION MEAN  to average  share holder??
according to an average entry price of a true believer of the story of  say  3 cents,
pos reconstruction = 15 cents
present depth = buyer at 0.002 = seller at 0.003  with good volume on both sides, insinuate the the pos price will be  buyer 1  cent
so sofar the reward to shares holders will be  a loss of 14 cents per shares..
and of course at the AGM the board will praise them self for the good achievements??
AQC  got  no cash and is a matter of Miracle happen to survive?
the registry seems to have  some movements , a nominee of  40 millions disappear??? maybe in the last pump ??and dump,, can not prove it  and hard to prove shares movements,,
a major  shareholder  got  about 8 % and  a few others in range of 5 % reference  registry as as annual report?
to see  some movement in AQC,  now  it need  some corporate players,  and is what the market is waiting for??
mean time  at the forth coming  AGM  the board should start the address by apologising  Shares holders,
for destroying your wealth,, but all look so good , we are on the way to deliver ??> another spin of the Wheel of Fortune
