I'm taking revenue growth figures with a grain of salt...not sure if its safe to assume current revenue growth figures will translate into future earnings figures.
A large contribution to the revenue growth from Choice acquisition...retail chain. However, its own year-on-year profit was up only 19%. How much can an established business like this expect to increase in the future.
Real revenue growth needs to come from Solco joint ventures...For example, Solco international only increased revenue from $.98 million to $1.30 million. Hardly steller growth and don't know yet how much profitability will grow until those joint venture come up to speed. Really, investment in these company is a speculative exercise based on whether they can increase sales from hot water systems and solar pumps. These are relatively simple manufactured devices with competitors. I'd want to see stellar performance from one of those joint ventures before getting too excited.
Read some of the comments under the Australian section of the solar hot water and pumps sections to see what I'm concerned about.
