Directors buying Option at 4.5cents?

Am I reading this right? . . . Directors are exercising their options at $0.045 cents when our stock it at $0.02?

Why would they do this, do they know something we don't?

They also did on market purchases of 250,000/1,000,000 etc these seem like exact amounts is that all they are allowed to purchase? Is that why they are exercising their options at a higher price because they want more stock?

Announcement must be due surely regarding pressures of the wells!
