the directors were sub underwriters, and took up the shortfall - which included mine. i am not putting any more money into this dog. every year, this dog promises something - usually the promise of big sales just around the corner, and usually, by years end, that is all it was - just promises. there has been a constant dilution of shareholders equity. i still have heaps, and i only hold, because if it does come good, then it may come good in a big way. anyway, a bit of a read of todays reports, and it should be noted that at least one of the directors (and i did not read all of the reports) took up a heap of shares, as an underwriter (sub), but he, never the less, sold 200,000 shares - jsut to lighten his load
