I will be picking up a small parcel of Beach.

I believed in the oil ITC had in the Cooper now BPT own it.

I believed in the gas ADE had in the same area now BPT own it.

I could have had the same return if I invested my ITC money in Beach as I did with ADE and a lot better return than the other companies I put my ITC money in including SXY.
