IMO, this 247D will end up be nothing more than a distraction. The market isn't taking it seriously, there has been no sell-off, the placement was oversubscibed, the 247D has been classed as "vexatious", and the current Board has stated that "it continues to enjoy strong support from the vast majority of Triple's shareholders".

I'm sure that Paul leaving scares the bejesus out of the vast majority of shareholders and as such, since it will come down to a vote, IMO it will never happen.
