Just to clarify my post... both these Directors disposed of another 400k each previously (on 12/5). So in the last month - they've disposed of approx. 2.8% of their respective holdings - which indeed is less than 5% - as stated.
Agree - nothing to worry about... they may be refilling the petrol tank of the motoryacht.
