Peter Blakey and Peter Taylor own on average 30 million GBP shares each. They have each disposed of 450K shares as per the latest announcement. This amounts to about 1.5% of their holdings.(not 5% as per a previous poster)

I don't see this as anything to worry about. The proceeds of the sale is probably to fund a summer holiday (or maybe to fund a cash injection into Tower Resources - the operator of EA5 in Uganda - in which they both also have a substantial stake - and which i not as well cashed up as GBP is)
