Magnis has far more directors that its peers working to further company interests. When comparing and calling for remuneration reviews, I would have thought it only logical to include such an important fact.
Actually, on individual basis, Magnis directors are paid far less than their peers:

To be honest, if I was a director, I would rather work for Kibaran, and get paid 3 times the amount than if I were to work at Magnis. But then again, with the ATO querying R&D claims and capital raises for less than director yearly remuneration amounts, imo Kibaran directors might not have a job in a year's time.
The SP will always have its ups and downs - look back 4 years, and Magnis has outperformed many of its peers. As a medium to long term holder, I'm interested in where the SP will be 3 years from now, and with gigafactories producing cheaper and better performing batteries coming online, I think the future is very, very bright
