@spid81 Would you rather have 10 or 4 directors working to advance your companies global scale projects???
Magnis has far more directors that its peers working to further company interests. When comparing and calling for remuneration reviews, I would have thought it only logical to include such an important fact.
Actually, on individual basis, Magnis directors are paid far less than their peers:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 0 To. director renum. No. of directors Avg. director salary 1 Magnis 1,440,281 10 144,028 2 Volt 1,169,153 7 167,022 3 Walkabout 1,208,063 4 302,016 4 Kibaran 2,921,456 6 486,909
To be honest, if I was a director, I would rather work for Kibaran, and get paid 3 times the amount than if I were to work at Magnis. But then again, with the ATO querying R&D claims and capital raises for less than director yearly remuneration amounts, imo Kibaran directors might not have a job in a year's time.
The SP will always have its ups and downs - look back 4 years, and Magnis has outperformed many of its peers. As a medium to long term holder, I'm interested in where the SP will be 3 years from now, and with gigafactories producing cheaper and better performing batteries coming online, I think the future is very, very bright
