MNS have 10 directors while KNL only have 6.

But of course it's not all about quantity. Let's look at quality:

- The MNS board contains 3 Doctorates. KNL board have 0 doctorates

- At least 3 MNS board members are published in peer reviewed journals (likely 4 with Vogtz). KNL to my knowledge have 0 published directors

- MNS director Whittingham is a nobel prize nominee and an absolute giant in the Li-ion battery space.

- MNS director Bez has a reputation and accomplishments in the automobile sector that most CEO's only dream of.

Whether it's quantity or quality, the MNS board is an absolute stand out when looking at career backgrounds and accomplishments.
