I used the remuneration figures straight out of the annual reports for both companies. The total remuneration includes everything such as salary, consulting fees, bonuses, Super and any share based payments/benefits.

It does not interest me who voted for what shares or whatever. I am purely comparing the companies and the remuneration reported in the annual report. The report is signed off by the auditor as being accurate.
