I have no issue with Frey's remuneration, his success with Ecograf is a fantastic development,
Pierce and Spink's base remuneration seems very similar to other graphite companies.
I don't think they deserve the share based payments, I voted against the the granting of the share based payments at last years AGM, where the majority of shareholders voted for them to receive the additional $260k each,
I have no idea why Trommel even included the share based payments in his assessment in comparing directors remuneration, he knows full well that these were voted on by shareholders. Trommel was the third person to comment on KNL's Notice of AGM,
