KNL and MNS is an interesting comparison to make.
KNL is outperforming MNS on 12, 24 and 36 month basis, so perhaps the directors of KNL are more deserving.
Not that the difference between their salaries is all that different considering equity components and a Black Scholes valuation of 1,000,000 70c options on a volatile stock like MNS.
