Director Salaries + R&D

Hi all,

I thought KNL holders and prospective holders might find this table useful. The purpose of this comparison was originally created for another company to determine if directors/resources were paid inline with other peers working in the same jurisdictions prior to the AGM. I figure it's worth sharing with the other companies used for the comparison.

I have highlighted in red the amounts which stand out as being much higher than the others.

The total remuneration per person includes all payments made to them including share based ones. The annual report calculates the value of those shares including the loan repayment or option conversion price. The figures are straight from the 2018 report linked below.

Also included is the R&D refund amount for all four companies. Also interesting to compare the amounts claimed.
