This is a great result for the company, note the mention of possible merger activities.
As we hoped, the largest shareholders (ESG and Ingalls) have tired of these 3 directors dilly dallying around and have taken steps to get this company back on track. Putting Dennis Morton in as acting Chairman is a real positive, he knows oil and gas and is obviously tired of this company going nowhere fast.
