Even if you believe that it is our money (and that is like saying that everyone from the mailroom boy to the CEO are getting our money), he is putting in more than two years worth after tax (probably more like three years worth after tax and super) into EPW shares BEFORE he gets paid those directors fees.
He has put his own money in, and believes that by the time he has earned and been paid those directors fees that those shares will be worth (much) more than now.
That is very positive for all other shareholders.
