PLA directory should be hold liable for the damage to the co. They should be made to pay the dispute with the contractor out of their owned pocket. This sittuation happened due to their lack of oversight what was going on at the mine. Basically the Co has cash in hand and no debt before lead up to these shutdown events, now PLA put on $22m of debt unrelated to developement expenditure and just to pay for mistakes made by management.
