yeah, why would the MD flog 1m shares & push the price to a "several month low"? This on top of announcing the completion of the issue of "el cheapo" stock in mid February (15M shares + 15M free opts @ 2.5c!), that announcement crashing the share price from ~ 4.5c to ~ 3.5c.
