Yes, director happy to sell at 5.2 to 5.3. Has sold 2 million (about $105,000) probably to cover cost of converting 10 millions options at a cost of $200,000.

Still owes about $95,000 so maybe he has another 2m shares to sell to make up to $200,000 cost of conversion.

Will still come out with 6 million shares more than he had before, but sort of puts a bit of a cap on the price, unless of course he was selling to friendly parties.
