As part of the latest Paterson recommendation of hold;
They are expecting an announcement in relation to Christmas Creek contract in the next 2 to 3 weeks. FMG has confirmed that the contract will go ahead (ie. not put on hold because of the proposed RSPT). If successful DOW expects to be on site in July
Their DCF valuation increases by between 55cps ? 75cps.
Also in their view if DOW wins another 3bil in project work on top of Christmas Creek (assuming that DOW wins it), then expect a capital raise of approx $150mil.
