my guess is that the directors and perhaps some clients of a particular company are going to just keep soaking these up at low prices while there is no news to stimulate trading. eventually, the bulk of the shares will be in limited hands, and when progress finally happens there will be very few lose hands left, making much a higher share price, consolidation, and a decent cap raising all a hell of alot easier.
