They weren't prepared to throw cash at MIS until it was o late so they would prefer shares.
What the ratio would be is anybodies guess. Would depend on the size of the settlement.
I thought this would be a good idea in the first place but will the recent grumbling from a former CHM associate make CHM an undesirable purchase much like it has made MMX?
