Even at 3.5m this is still worth $1.10-1:20.
The yield is massive and would have to be one of the biggest on the ASX.
IMO It seems to me that they were expecting to have had a few more acquisitions made much earlier in the year which hasn’t occurred. Reading between the lines of what Dean said re few centres for sale - operators who are sellers are now pulling them or not putting them up for sale as the first half numbers have been so down on last year. With a harder start to the year than last year these operators are unable to get the price they could have last year if they sold.
