I'm convinced they are being very conservative with the guidance downgrade of $600K. Three new centres bought with contribute $1,410,000 EBITDA or $1,128,000 EBDA for CY 19. Minimal D&A so say $1.1M NPBT. Based on interest rate of 4.65%.
