Roadkill, I think these directors must be men of very high ideals. Isn't it possible they are doing this with the purest of motives to help their employees and the community.
This would explain director buying at 87c a year ago and recent buys. I can't imagine these astute men doing it for crass mercantile gain. I don't expect this company to produce a dividend in coming years and a price revival seems unlikely.
I prefer to think that this is a company being supported by men of stout heart with a sense of community, (Noblesse Oblige)
