Good idea he can have shares and no cash and the shares can vest monthly equivalent to a wage and see if there is any movement in meeting targets, getting volumes and margins sorted? He can sell em if he doesn't think they are value and take the cash and that way he would feel the same capital constraint shareholders have . Give him a call and see how you go!!
Simply the overheads are too large compared to the sales. Wages and benefits have far exceeded performance and speed of turnaround that should be expected IMO. Shareholders have been dumb to approve some and others have been handed out like confetti with low hurdles IMO upon hire. He has another 2 tranches of these over next 24 months plus plus plus.
