    Read in conjunction with 3b.

    The price is not relevant to any cash that changed hands because none did.

    Shareholders just diluted a little more and management rewarded as part of their package. That is a $310,000 gift we gave.

    2 posters thumbed you up so must agree the gift was worth it.
