i have started a new thread to open up discussion among interested parties as to where LML is going, given the extreme decline is SP.  IMHO it is time that the directors answer some questions about the company direction and management. 

i bought mine some time back and watched the price decline steadily. during the same time, i have watched all the Anglo-Saxon names disappear from the board. so now we have a company that is worth a fraction of its former value, run by a full board of Chinese names and seems to have most things in place to start production. but no action. 

am i being paranoid about a very undervalued takeover bid and possibly a privatisation?

looks to me like someone could pick up a valuable asset for a song after all the hard work has been done and paid for by the current investors? 

we need people on the board with mining, resources, construction and geological experience.

not sure that our current board ticks all or even any of those boxes. all i see is real estate, marketing and sales experience. 

we need a shareholder support group to push for a revamp of the board to get this project up and running for the benefit of long term share holders and not some 'johnny-come-latelys', who can probably see a quick buck.
