Appreciate you view but I would like to point out a few things.
Firstly the article you posted was published in 2010 and the company responsible is an asian mining company(not an australian company) who was later found to be innocent and allowed to continue mining in the region.
It is completeley irrelevant to the operations being undertaken by GMC.
Also the indonesian government passed new laws on mining operations in "January 2017"(a more relevant time frame) which places more responsibility on the international companies mining in the area. If you read the posts by GMC and correlate them with what the new requirements on companies mining in Indonesia you will see that they are ticking off all boxes.
DSO has the potential to generate 1-1.5 mill per month. I don't know but to me that sounds like a great way to generate short term cashflow. Providing jobs and income to those who would otherwise not have one. Don't think they would be initiating into DSO sales if there was no potential.
