What's the likelihood of this from DLS? If board advise against offer, what % stake are DLS likely to gain? Not quite sure how to take "unlikely alt proposal in the form that was being proposed will be progressed" - it could mean that's the end of the matter, but on second thoughts, it could mean it will need to be progressed on better terms or in a different form eg a merger rather than cash... I think it's still game on, but the plot thickens.... Macworm I feel it's time to explain your cryptic posts please !
