This McKerlie thing looks childish. With 40% held by DLS they are entitled to have one of their guys on our board, if not chair it.
When DLS made their 1st attempt for ACN, I had a look at DLS and liked what I saw, so I bought in at around 60 cts.
They did very well. That is why I would welcome an offer in DLS paper rather than cash.
As I wrote earlier 3 ACN for 1 DLS would suit me fine.
