To my knowledge they are all set for next week - they just appointed a Canadian-based director. I guess we'll have to wait for confirmation on the listing.
Re the IGR connection - I suppose a merger would be possible, but IGR are probably 18, maybe 24, months away from production (unless the strength of the mkt allows them to raise significant capex on the results of the scoping study, ie they press the 'go' button on relocating New Celebration before the FS is done).
I think DIO are in interested in M&A, but will be cautious about any moves.
