    Gold and PGMs do occur in similar mineralisations, sometimes together. Assaying for PGMs, if by fire assay, requires using nickel sulfide as the collector rather than litharge. PGM fire assays typically cost about $150 per sample, as opposed to gold fire assay, about $40.
    The Lake Cowan tenements are underexplored to say the least.
