We have until 12Oct09 to make a decision. Given that you can do this via Bpay we can all send in the acceptance form at the eleventh hour. I would think that we would need to see acceptances by the first week in Oct approaching the 25%+ mark and maybe some news of larger SH taking up the offer.

One thing for sure AVO, if they're thinking it, will have to come up with an offer that well exceeds the current offer from RMS. I think if RMS get better than 20% then that should be enough to thwart any other bid unless it's so compelling it's a no brainer.

You have to ask what is it that DIO have that make people want to take it over and why did RMS continue with it's bid if it can't possibly takeover the Co ie 100%.

So I think there may be some other play.

Remember someone may step in and make another offer that trumps all others and one that is attractive to AVO for them to sell. Who knows.

We have essentially until 09Oct which is a Friday to make up our minds so until then hold tight.

Does anyone know how long it takes to process a Bpay payment.
